When visiting the Jacksonville restaurant, I was amazed by the amount of people in the restaurant, and cars in the parking lot, compared to other restaurants near by. The Alehouse is large with room for plenty of guests, and there were still lines to get a table. The service was quick and the staff friendly.

The restaurants menu is large and with great variety. All kinds of foods for adults and children. As the name of the restaurant implies, the selection of beer and drinks were also impeccable. The prices are absolutely affordable. Main courses ranges mainly from $7 to $15. Both drink and dinner is made and served fast, even for larger parties of people.
This bar is a sports bar, and has TV's everywhere with different sports entertainment on them. There are also pool tables in the back of the restaurant. It's open until 2 AM, and one can come just to eat dinner or to have drinks or beers at the bar.
The only downside would be the amount of people visiting, which leads to waiting lines. And also how loud it could get. For a quiet sit-down dinner with the family, this is not the place for you, but if you can handle some noise, and enjoy a fast-pace environment amongst friendly people, it's highly recommended visiting the Carolina Ale House in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
